Arkham Asylum, home to some of the most notorious criminals of Gotham City. Like the Riddler, the Mad Hatter obsessively leave riddles and clues for Batman to solve. However, the Mad Hatter couches his clues in haikus, silly poems, and nursery rhymes. However, unlike the Riddler, the Mad Hatter is meek and insecure, and often eludes Batman like a rabbit into a hole, and his power emanates from the mind control device within his hat.

Produced by Fighting Monk Studios, each bust is represented by a letter spelling out the name of Gotham’s infamous asylum, “Arkham”. The Mad Hatter is letter “H”.
